Letting go of societal expectations to be yourself

Letting go of societal expectations to be yourself

In this episode we discuss the ways we tend to suppress certain unconventional things about ourselves (because society doesn’t allow them) and then move into accepting these unique traits, embracing them and loving ourselves for them. We talk about a few general examples that include gender stereotypes and societal expectations around them, and also dive into our personal examples and experiences. In this episode we hit home that no matter who we are or what we are into, it’s all a part of what makes us us and it’s all amazing!
