When it does, it’s our job to make sure that survivors can access safe and effective support.But it’s hard to help when we are facing significant challenges of our own. Historical underfunding; fierce competition for grants; increasing demand for support; and staff leaving the sector for better paid, less demanding work, are all huge issues.Some of our services are at risk.
