Jonathan Mills & Charlotte Stebbing-Mills - Health Theory | Mental Health Podcast
In this episode, we have guest speakers Jonathan Mills & Charlotte Stebbing-Mills, who run a company called Wellness Theory. We talk about the belt, sleep, nutrition, diet, stress, work, the whole nine, and this conversation is one of the first of many in-depth discussions that we're going to be having not with me in them particularly, but on the show about health. Because I recognized one of the things I want to do as we go forward with Think Unbroken is to teach you guys the same tools that I am learning in my life all the time. I will teach you about business, health, fitness, wealth, and wellness as we go forward. I'm going to teach you about trauma, I’m gonna teach you literally about everything that has helped me have my life be what it is today. Because I thought to myself, you know, there's a lot of shows that exist that only talk about trauma. I don't want to pigeonhole myself into that. The reason is that I know how important the vast array of all the information is in the human experience and if it were not for me, having mentors and all of these different areas wouldn't be where I am. So I want to give you guys that knowledge. So today, this conversation with Jonathan and Charlotte of Wellness Theory is going to be absolutely incredible! How to be friends with your body | Mental Health Podcast
In this episode, I want to talk to you about something that I think about quite frequently, and that's this idea of being friends with your body. I will give you some of the tools that I've used to get really associated with my body, and these tools may be beneficial for you. I was thinking about this correlation between our physical and mental well-being. I believe that they are very much intertwined with each other, and I do not believe that you can have one without the other. Success isn't something that you chase is something you attract by being an attractive person. Remember, mindset, and the body goes together. Many things you can do for your mind; meditation, affirmations, reading, and all that kind of stuff, but you have to be friends with your body. As you’re listening right now, it’s time for you to create and massive change in your life! David Mulonas - Debt, Family, Money | Trauma Healing Coach
In this episode, we have guest speaker David Mulonas. David and I will have this really incredible conversation about debt, finances, money relationships. And in this conversation, I tried to wrap my head around what I believed that I needed when I started my journey of getting out of massive debt. David is a finance and personal money coach. I wanted to have them on the show to have this conversation because I know that there are people out there struggling right now like I was, and I thought to myself, if I had this kind of information 15 years ago, my life would have been very different. And what happened was I realized that there were some key elements to navigating debt that I didn't understand, so I started to get literate and money. So that said, this conversation will be really fascinating, and it's not a conversation of judgment; if you're in debt, please know, I have been there, and you're probably thinking, well, what does that have to do with trauma? I think it has a lot to do with it, and this isn't so much about the mindset or personal development around trauma as the show is typical. Still, I wanted to bring someone on to have this conversation because I believe it serves a greater purpose, helping you get an alignment with your future goals and what you want. So we're going to talk about debt, money relationships, credit cards, budgets; the whole nine is a really phenomenal episode! Unbroken Nation… Let's get into the show! What is Personal Agency | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Podcast
In this episode, I want to talk to you about what it means to have personal agency. One of the key attributes that I believe is a part of the healing journey is recognizing and understanding the greatest sense of truth. I believe true healing that you'll ever discover is the idea that it is okay to say no; it is okay to say yes, to only the things you want to say yes and say no to. Have you ever noticed in your life that you have an incredibly difficult time saying yes or no to the things that you want to say yes or no, too? Listen Now as I dive into this episode! Vanessa Bennett and Dené Logan - Cheaper Than Therapy | CPTSD and Trauma Healing Coach
In this episode, we have two guest speakers today, Vanessa Bennett and Dené Logan, who are combined Cheaper Than Therapy. I love these two is amazing conversation, a lightning conversation, and a conversation that I think needs to be had in this healing space. We're going to talk a lot about identity, about what it's like to overcome and move through an existential crisis, we're going to talk about what it means actually to heal. We're going to talk about the impacts of our past who we are today, and this is just a phenomenal episode. When I'm going through an episode and having a conversation like this, it's really not only enthralling for me, but also it's impactful and in this way that makes me feel like, man, there are just other people who get this, we are on the same page, we're growing together, we are creating change together, we are teaching together, we're educating together. And if we can deliver massive value like this to people in the world, we can all timidly do what I believe we all need to do as people, and that's to heal. To be able to look in the mirror, love yourself, and recognize that… Yes, we all have flaws. Yes, we're all going to make mistakes. Yes, we're going to do that is uncharacteristic of who it is that we believe we are. We can learn, grow, change, and instead of being held down in stock and feeling like there's no possible way to continue to go forward, we find a way. I'm very excited to bring them to the show. So, what are you waiting for? Listen Now, and Let's get into the show! How to be the HERO of your story. Impact Theory Melon Minds Keynote | Trauma Healing Coach
In this episode, I'm very excited to be back with you with today's episode, which is a little bit different than usual; it is a keynote that I did with Tom Bilyeu, Impact Theory, Discord Channel called “Melon Minds.” It was amazing because, as you know, I talk about Impact Theory pretty frequently on this show. Tom is one of my mentors and someone who's a community I always want to give back to. I've wanted to be able to share more of my Keynotes here, sometimes it's hard to get them, and sometimes there's legal obligations in which I can't, but this is not one of those case scenarios, and what started or what was supposed to be a 45-minutes keynote turned into over 2 hours with Q&A. It was an absolute pleasure at the beginning of it. There was a little bit of issue with the mic going, but once we got that rocking and rolling, we were off to the races, and it was amazing to be of service and serve people and hear these beautiful questions and give to this community. You know, generally speaking, when I go do a keynote, it's like 45 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes of Q&A, and that's a wrap. I had told Tom's team been specifically, I said, dude, I'll go as long as we want to, as long as people have questions to ask I will be here and I would have gone all day if they wanted to keep going, but you know, it's a Saturday afternoon. I think it's really beautiful when people show up because I'll tell you this, in the same way, that those people (you), for instance, who listen to this are going to find success. Those people who invest their time, effort, energy, or money into their lives will see the greatest differentiation between where they are now and where they want to be. So that said I'm very, very excited to be able to share this keynote with you, to be able to share a little bit more the inside of what it's like when I'm on stage and also be able to share what it's like to be in a live Q&A with me and this one's a longer one. So I hope that you will buckle up and strap in for this because it's going to be an amazing conversation! Come and Listen to Unbroken Nation!
