7: The Betty Body with Dr. Stephanie Estima

Early in her clinical career, Dr. Stephanie Estima recognized through her patients that men and women required very different approaches to achieve successful outcomes. That realization led to Stephanie developing a standard of care uniquely focused on female health and wellbeing.

Now, her mission is to inspire women globally to be the best versions of themselves physically and emotionally through the power of easily accessible female health education.

Stephanie has been a friend of mine for several years, and her approach to women's health and fitness is unique and fascinating. In this conversation, Stephanie and I talk about the role of diet and lifestyle in your brain health, the benefits of a female-centric ketogenic-style diet, why women should lift heavy weights, what you'll learn in The Betty Body, and more.
