episode 02: Not The Best Anything w/ Christina Redondo

A very special conversation... Christina has facilitated intimate community events in the Twin Cities for the past 5 years. She has taught dance for 15 years and is currently guiding multiple classes/events. Her undying aspiration to bring people together and create a better world for the future has led to Story Jams. Started in her living room as simple story nights with her close friends.... then as an opportunity for larger groups to share intimate stories and perspectives.... Christina created Story Jam; a revolutionary and innovative idea to give everyone the stage, the spotlight, and the chance to tell their story. She brought her idea to life by designing, producing, and facilitating her own one-woman-show.... To much success and inspiration, her Story Jam serves as a first-of-many.

As mentioned she is currently holding multiple dance classes, as well as offering storytelling workshops... showing no signs of stopping her path to creative expression.

Regardless of where life takes her, Christina has every intention to help all of us regain our confidence in OURSELVES... to accept the good with the bad, to step outside our comfort zone a little, and to remind us that being vulnerable can be more FUN that it is terrifying.
