Fast Five: Liana G. - Wine Road

Liana's Mom's Peanut Butter Nuggets

1. 2 cups peanut butter
2. 1/4 cup honey
3. 1 cup quick oats or steel cut oats
4. Shredded coconut
5. * Love *

Mix the peanut butter, honey and oats together in a bowl, separate into small, 1-inch sized balls, roll in shredded coconut - these are better if they're eaten after being refrigerated for a few hours! :)
