Episode 1055: Spanish police link Fuengirola killings to Glasgow feud

Spanish police have confirmed that the double murder in a Fuengirola bar late last month was a feud related hit linked to the long running clash between two of Scotland’s most notorious crime families.

Ross Monaghan and Eddie Lyons Jnr from Glasgow were shot dead at Monaghan’s Bar after watching the Champions League Final.

Scottish police initially said there was no evidence the double assassinations were part of the long running feud but their Spanish counterparts have since confirmed that they victims were targeted by a professional killer from the rival faction.

Nicola and Niall speak to Richard Elias, Deputy Editor of the Scottish Daily Express about the latest update in the double murders.
