​We end our month of Marlene Dietrich films with her last movie. A 1970s Period piece with David Bowie called "Just a Gigolo". The crew try to determine if this film is meant to be a drama or a comedy. She doesn't have a starring role in this film but she does have a few scenes in a cameo role. I admit I just wanted a reason to discuss this dark noir film that is the subject of many film classes. The Crew take on "Touch of Evil". Find out if they believe it deserves its classic status. They talk about the wonderful technical aspects of the film and the possibly not so wonderful script or casting. IT is a great dive into this classic film. First off is a western set in Alaska during the 1900 gold rush. We discuss the good, the bad, and the ugly of the film.
