Today, on the podcast, we're talking about sensitive leadership and the future of work with Dr. Ciela Hartanov.

- how to be a sensitive leader (and why that's increasingly important)

It's time for "thinking big, looking beyond the obvious, and widening our perspective so that we can make new choices."
