But before we get to the culty Monat stuff, Amber takes us on her journey through Beachbody, as an Emerald Coach golden child who had some of those "not typical" results and was used in advertising and company propaganda to push the toxic diet culture MLMs thrive in. We explore the character arch of Beachbody darling, Autumn Calabrese, the ups and downs of disordered eating and how Beachbody plays a role in it all.
