Inner Voice 101

Hello my beautiful friends,

In today's episode we are going to be talking about the inner voice, something I talk about frequently on this podcast. This episode is actually inspired by an old episode I recorded back in 2021 that is no longer publicly on the podcast. That old episode was about the basic principles of the inner voice; what I believe the inner voice to be and how to utilize the inner voice as a radical tool for transformation. It has been about 3.5 years since I recorded that episode so I thought it would be really fun to visit this topic again but from the version of myself that I am today in 2025.

Today I want to focus on an explanation of what the inner voice is. I understand that if you haven’t listened to a very specific podcast called The Lively Show for the past decade like some of us have, then you probably aren’t entirely sure what I mean when I refer to the inner voice. & maybe you tune in and listen to this podcast because you find what I’m talking about to be interesting and you want to understand and if that’s the case for you, this will be a really good listen & even if you do know, I would welcome you to stay and listen because you may learn something new, you never know.
