Lauren owns Geriak Psychotherapy, a private practice in McLean, VA. She specializes in educating parents on emotional regulation and is incredibly passionate about normalizing the struggles of parenthood and helping parents find the joy of connecting with their kiddos at every age.

Her own motherhood journey was isolating and lonely and she shares openly and honestly, the struggles she had with anxiety and rage after the birth of her first baby.
