The goal is to become a undercover detective of your own life and start to identify what it is you need to let go of and how it got here in the first place (uprooting the roots )so we can begin to LET GO & MOVE Forward into FREEDOM In this Episode we share on uncovering and coming into contact with our anger being able to finally acknowledge THIS HURT a lot rather then shoving down or emotions (numbing and escaping ) we embrace that emotions are safe and and that anger has a place .
