💛 💓This episode is about letting go of the spirit of fear but before we can do that we have to acknowledge it’s a spirit that we are in agreement with .Oftentimes our agreement with fear is so set in stone and has been for so long that we think that it’s just a part of or personality we have to accept “oh I don’t try new things because thats out of my comfort zone “ we say this causally when a stronhold is after our purpose holding on for dear life .
