Ross and Carrie Meet Sarah Jickling: Mental Health Edutainment Edition

Ross and Carrie meet the nonsensically outstanding Sarah Jickling, a wonderful musician, mental health advocate, and ONRAC superfan (she even has the tattoo). Using her musical talent, personal experience with a bipolar spectrum disorder, and evidence-based teaching plan, she taught young students how to spot early and late symptoms of psychosis, sleep paralysis, and other psychological anomalies. Plus, she shares some of the particular struggles of bipolar artists who resist diagnosis and treatment.
