Today, we’re going to talk about poop shape and color, and address gut warning signs in your stool. Normal poop should be brown and sausage-shaped. Small, hard, pellet-shaped poop indicates that something may be wrong higher up in the digestive tract.Soft stool indicates that you may have some missing microbes or food allergies. Pathogens can cause loose stool as your body tries to quickly eliminate them. Unfortunately, with diarrhea and liquid stool, good bacteria are also eliminated. Consume kefir or yogurt with blackberries to restore the good bacteria in your digestive tract. Thin, pencil or cigar-shaped stool signifies a problem in the colon. This could mean the colon is impacted, you have many polyps, or there’s some obstruction in the bowels. You’d want to get this checked by a medical professional.Normal stools should be brown in color. If you have a problem with your liver or you have thickened bile or bile sludge in the bile ducts, your poop will be light-colored or gray. What If You Ate ONLY Meat for 30 Days?
“Experts” often discredit the carnivore diet by planting seeds of doubt and uncertainty. Claims that the carnivore diet could be dangerous in the long term discourage people from trying it. Amidst claims that a meat-only diet could be dangerous, our current dietary standards leave the population riddled with chronic disease.When first starting a meat-only diet, most people lose excess water weight. Your carbs are essentially dropped to zero, so you quickly get into ketosis. A 30-day carnivore diet can also improve gut health and digestion, and boost weight loss. ChatGPT recommends avoiding keto and carnivore diets on a long-term basis. ChatGPT health advice comes from organizations such as the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association, which are heavily funded by certain industries and inherently biased. To lower cholesterol, ChatGPT claims you should lower dietary cholesterol, increase unsaturated fats, and replace animal proteins with plant proteins. Plants do not have complete protein, and if you reduce your dietary cholesterol, you could end up low in bile and vitamin D. Cholesterol is a vital component of your cell membranes, hormones, and brain.ChatGPT falsely claims that seed oils are not “that bad” when used in moderation. Balance and moderation allow you to continue eating bad food without worrying about the consequences. If you have a chronic disease, you can not simply “balance” your diet.
