We've been sold a load of nonsense about getting old. Our guest calls it "utter rubbish." And yes, she's British.Rachel Lankester, is an author, podcast host, midlife mentor, and founder of Magnificent Midlife, an online hub helping women over 40 thrive through the often messy middle of life, so they can ditch negative narratives about aging, feel great, and create the next chapter of their dreams. She's the author of Magnificent Midlife: Transform Your Middle Years, Menopause and Beyond and host of the Magnificent Midlife Podcast. She’s also the editor of The Mutton Club online magazine for women 40+ which is where it all started!  Given an initially devastating early menopause diagnosis at 41, which ended her dreams of a second child, but which she was able for a short while to reverse, Rachel uses her experience to help women thrive through the menopause transition and feel better about getting older. Her mission is to challenge overwhelmingly negative narratives about midlife, menopause, and aging in general and give women more control over their hormones. She wants women to be prepared, not scared.
