About the Podcaster: Tilly is a Registered Nurse, Mental Health Practitioner, completed many DV courses and a survivor of domestic violence, having almost lost her life. Tilly was fortunate to see a perpetrator imprisoned, but this is not the reality for many survivors. Having briefly worked in radio many years ago, the idea for this podcast came from noticing a very real gap in the lack of knowledge held by DV survivors. Knowledge is power and Tilly hopes to empower each and every woman to live a life free from abuse or oppression.
