Instead of trying to be perfect from day one, he wants you to approach ads like a controlled experiment. Start with a small, manageable budget by reinvesting a portion of your sales into the ad spend.

Balazs also emphasizes that ads are only as effective as the content and brand they point to. Your goal is to attract people who are a natural fit for you and your business. Define your brand voice and set expectations about your ideal team members so your ads not only show the product you're selling, but also who you are.

"You're going to pick a percentage of your commission that you generate from a direct sale that you will reinvest back into your ads. Depending on your financial situation, 10%, 20%, 50%, I would even say 50% would be smart, because you'll scale faster." - Balazs W Kardos
