Giampiero believes that articulated speech is the pathway to healing. Being able to put into words what we are feeling is what allows us to begin to be liberated from pain and suffering. The kind of pain and suffering that occurs inside of us. Through genuine conversations where one speaks honestly and the other listens with empathy, one can discharge years of pain.

The purpose is not to find someone to complain to. The purpose is to develop over time the skill to explain to the best of our ability the turmoil that exists inside. Not to blame someone or others, but to discover where our healing journey begins.

He believes conversations can potentially liberate a person from years of internal suffering that in time manifests itself outwardly in our day to day life experience. With every conversation, we either build or destroy. Such is the power of genuine conversations.
