They raise the issue of illegal gambling markets and how to raise awareness on this matter, as well as Anton gives some stats on player behaviour moving from illegal to a legal market. Questions such as responsible gambling in an aggressive marketing campaign are discussed and from what Europe's mistakes should the US learn from. Lastly, Severin presents the Q2 revenue numbers in the US and expresses his expectations for states that have yet to be regulated.


ABOUT ANTON SEVERIN:

Anton Severin serves as director of research at the American Gaming Association (AGA) – the premier national trade group representing the $261 billion U.S. casino gaming industry that supports 1.8 million jobs nationwide. In his role, Anton oversees AGA research efforts in support of member companies’ strategic objectives, covering the full spectrum of issues affecting the gaming industry.

Born and educated in Sweden, he got his start in gaming working with the commercial industry in the leadup to the liberalization of the Swedish gaming market.
