Tall cathedral walls rise into a black ceiling. Incense slowly falls from unseen censures to bathe your senses in holy scents. You breathe deep. Hundreds of armored figures stand in silence, creating a wall of stares attempting to pierce your very soul, constantly searching for signs of corruption. You walk down the hall, your eyes focused on the raised dais at the end of your journey. The end of this journey, and the beginning of another. As you kneel a Chaplain pours holy anointed oil over your head. He steps back as another plants himself in front of you and intones,"Neophyte Stefan, it is decided that today we will speak over you the oath of the Black Templars. It will be your duty to uphold and honor these words to your very death. Forsaking them is forsaking us, our Father Primarch, and the Emperor, Savior and God of Mankind. You will swear these in front of us, as witnesses, and we will hold you accountable to your immortal souls peril. Will you swear?"You raise your head, your eyes burning with fire as the oil slowly runs down your face and neck, "I will swear."This episode is all about the Black Templars!
