24) Reparenting ourselves with Dr. Naomi Gibson

Dr. Naomi is back and together with Eva and Maren they discuss the inevitable topic of reparenting ourselves as we become parents. Reparenting - in essence- is the process of healing from previous emotional wounds by making small, intentional choices to act in a way that helps you to achieve your goals. It happens when we no longer look to others for love and approval by filling the gaps ourselves. It's not an easy topic, it's a new way of living - loving yourself, and as a parent that can be very stressful when we have someone who depends on us 24/7. But as the saying goes - we cannot pour from an empty cup. Let's fill some of your cup up with this episode.
