In regard to Epstein’s death, Kuvin has expressed strong skepticism that it was a straightforward suicide. He notes that in his mediations with Epstein the financier never displayed the mindset of someone considering ending his own life — Epstein was “overly self-confident” and apparently believed he would beat the system. In one interview he said the “evidence is circumstantial but overwhelming” that Epstein did not die by his own hand, pointing to protocol failures in the jail (absent cellmate, sleeping guards, camera failures) and Epstein’s attitude as major red flags.On the question of Prince Andrew’s connection to Epstein, Kuvin has been openly critical.
