You should also streamline your pricing strategy by using flexible minimum-night rules. Reducing the minimum stay for upcoming dates keeps them visible and bookable without impacting long-term revenue trends.

Speed matters too. Responding immediately to inquiries and enabling Instant Book reassures last-minute planners and keeps your listing top-of-mind when they’re ready to decide.

Adding a sense of scarcity helps as well—displaying “only a few days left” or “limited availability” taps into urgency without undervaluing your listing.

When combined, those tactics create momentum. Your listing stays fresh, guests feel confident booking, and occupancy stays high—even at regular rates.
