U.S. Sen. Joe Manchin talks about possible third-party bid

After serving 14 years in the Senate, Manchin has announced he won’t run for another term and is the subject of speculation he may launch an independent bid for president. Manchin came to Atlanta as part of a “listening tour” that he says will give him a better feel for how Georgians and voters in other states he’s visiting are feeling about politics today.
