Jeffrey Epstein Was Not A Spy According To His Good Pal Alan Dershowitz

Alan Dershowitz, Epstein’s former attorney, has firmly rejected allegations that Epstein worked for any intelligence agency, such as Mossad or the CIA. In an op‑ed for The Wall Street Journal, Dershowitz stated unequivocally that Epstein never served as a spy—asserting that if he had, he and the rest of Epstein’s legal team would have seized on that information to negotiate a more favorable deal. He also dismissed conspiracy theories surrounding Epstein’s death, reaffirming that the available evidence supports suicide and warning against sensationalist speculation.

In addition, Dershowitz clarified there was never a “client list” compiled by Epstein; although the FBI interviewed alleged victims who named several individuals, those names are sealed, and none reportedly include current public officials. He emphasized that many Epstein-related conspiracy theories lack factual basis and urged reliance on verified evidence rather than gossip.
