There was no crime, the crime is the ignorance and incompetence of the Cert, Police and Justice system In Feb 2017, a medical provider in Uruguay got hacked. The attacker stole a bunch of patient records and then used that to conduct extortion on the provider. They said they’d release the records of everyone with HIV unless they get $60,000 worth of bitcoin. The medical provider worked with the police to catch and arrest Alberto Hill, a 41 year old Uruguayan. Alberto had a ton of hacker paraphernalia and electronic devices at his house. (ESP) S00E03 - La mentira del hackeo del Circulo Catolico 23 de febrero 2020 - luego de una revision detallada de los logs, una tercera parte comprueba lo que ya habia dicho hace meses. "ATAQUE INFORMATICO" seguramete lo soñaron.. esta todo bien. La actividad asociada a la IP que supuestamente estaba asignada a mi en el momento de las alertas rojas, no es algo ligado a un patron de ataque. Falsos positivos. Adicionalmente sin logs de Tomcat, esas hojas no tienen ningun valor. Inconsistencias insostenibles - Noticias difundidas inventadas a medida. ¿que dimensiones tiene la presión psicológica, amenazas, etc, vinculadas a una extorsión?, donde entiendo, una victima se quiebra y accede por no soportar las consecuencias de no cumplir con lo solicitado por lo valioso e importante que esta en riesgo. Si me dicen que si no confieso determinado delito, van a causarle mucho dolor y sufrimiento a determina persona, si esa persona, no tiene ningún significado para mi, esa presión para confesar algo que no hice, no me provoca nada. Ahora, si esa persona es lo único que tengo en el mundo, ahí si, patológicamente me quiebran en un segundo y accedo a darles lo que me piden para evitar eso. Eso creo es una interesante analogía en los factores psicológicos y presiones de una extorsión entre lo que paso en la mutualista, y lo que podría llegar a pasar para conseguir que alguien acceda algo que lo perjudica, pero de no hacerlo, esa persona va a sufrir muchísimo, y no por el, sino por lo afirmaron pasaría de no acceder. Me doy cuenta que la real VICTIMA DE EXTORSIÓN QUE ENCAJA PERFECTAMENTE CON LO QUE SE DEFINE EN EL CPP, FUI YO. Yo tengo mis dudas, las cuales son muy fuertes, de que realmente, se hubiera infectado a la institución con software malicioso que les hiciera perder todo. Dudo que se haya robado la base de datos de la mutualista. Capaz que estoy totalmente equivocado y si, la mutualista fue victima de extorsión sin la menor duda, y yo fui un imbécil al acceder a declarar algo que no hice, porque WINSTON RODRIGUEZ puede legalmente hacerme los planteos que me hizo, y que yo actuara de la forma que actuee, cuando, como voy a cambiar de postura sabiendo que iba a pasar una noche mas en instalaciones de interpol, donde, si, psicologicamente lograron quebrarme para responder que si a todo, porque no sabia lo que podian llegar a hacer conmigo esa noche, y no sabia si no iba a volver un noche mas. Me quebraron, y para proteger lo que yo mas valoro en la vida, repondi que si si si a todo No se si se puede llegar a entender el sufrimiento, angustia, incertidumbre, temor, que me provocaron, que no pasaba por mi cabeza no hacer lo que me dieron, porque me senti mas vulnerable que nunca en mi vida, y que ademas en mis manos, estaba tambien el bienestar de mi Madre y de mi ex-pareja. Yo infiero que todos esos sentimientos, que me generaron con sus palabras, con sus plantes, son los que se presentan en una extorison “real”. Sufrimiento, angustia, incertidumbre, temor, paralizacion, miedo, dudo que hayan experimentado en el proveedor de servicios de salud. Yo me siento la victima de una extorison, y no la mutualista.
