Join host Emilee in chatting with T1D Noah Ross about his upcoming 31-hour challenge, where he’ll complete 100 pushups, 1km of running, and 1,000 meters of rowing every hour for 31 hours straight in order to raise funds for the organization I Challenge Diabetes (ICD) (and show what’s possible with diabetes!!!)

He also discusses the importance of community, and the extensive planning & training regimen involved in taking on such an extreme physical challenge, especially as someone with type 1 diabetes.
