Transcripts Of The Survey Calls Are Released By Moscow Prosecutors

Prosecutors in Moscow released the transcripts and recording of the survey being conducted in Latah county and they say that it was completely out of bounds, going so far as to say that the survey has tainted the jurors pool. Judge John Judge was not happy about the recent development and let the defense know all abou tit during the proceeding held recently.

Judge John Judge has still not made a ruling on the venue.


In our second article we head down to Delphi where the defense is once again lobbing some very serious charges at the investigators, that include lying and holding back evidence. The prosecution and the police have called those accusations ridiculous but Judge Gull has not ruled one way or the other as of yet.
