Five takeaways:

1. We have different varieties of potatoes to ensure we choose the right variety to create the right fry.

2. Lamb Weston recently signed an agreement with the first green fertilizer factory in North America to help in the goal of offsetting our carbon footprint.

3. Signed up with Leading Harvest, a third party certification group to audit our growers and validate our regenerative efforts are truly driving progress.

4. We collect so much data throughout the growing season that it allows us to pick and choose which raw product needs to come to the plants first while the rest can get stored.

5. We are very fortunate to have most of our fields in close proximity to large bodies of water to keep our potato plants healthy. i.e. the Columbia River.
