12. Ghosted At The Altar (Kayley's Story)

In this episode, I sit down with a guest joining us all the way from Wales. Kayley’s wedding day turned into the unthinkable. After months of planning, dreaming, and preparing to walk down the aisle, her fiancé vanished. He didn’t show up to the ceremony, and he never came back. No goodbye. No explanation. Just… gone.

We talk about what it’s like to experience that kind of betrayal on what was supposed to be the happiest day of her life. She shares what it was like to face it not just privately, but in front of an entire room full of people who came to celebrate her. And how, despite the heartbreak, she and her people decided to reclaim the day with joy, dancing, and celebration.

She shares how telling her story online has not only helped her process the pain, but connected her with thousands of new friends who supported her healing. From going viral on TikTok to redefining what healing looks like, she brings humor, heartbreak, and power to every part of this conversation.
