Leadership OR LeadershiT: Are We Raising Girls to Lead or Compete in a Rigged Game? with guest Sarah Knight, Leadership Coach and Founder

Joining host Jennie on this weeks episode is Leadership Coach and Founder of 'FoundHER Fire', Sarah Knight. From pet peeves around gendered language and leadership to unpacking the fundamental issues we face raising girls in a world that wasn't built for them (let alone set up for them to succeed and flourish), Sarah and Jennie have a brutally honest conversation about their personal and professional experiences navigating the corporate world.

Sarah founded 'FoundHER Fire' for women who have the stories, the plot twists and the fire. And, for the women who, as Sarah candidly puts it, " have plenty of fucks to give, but just don't know were to put them".

It's not often women can be unapologetically honest about their negative experiences with other female "leaders"... in this episode, Sarah and Jennie go there! This is one conversation every woman should listen to and ask herself, "Am I practicing true leadership,or....leadershiT? ".
