In the summer of 2004, an 18-year-old moved back to Tulsa, Oklahoma. She had actually grown up in Tulsa and gone to high school there, but had moved away the year prior to attend college. Having become homesick, the following Spring she made the decision to move back to Oklahoma and attend school there, in order to be closer to her friends and family. It was a decision that her friends and family welcomed at the time, as it meant that she would be a constant presence in their lives once again.Unfortunately, it was this decision - to move back home - which put this young woman in the sights of a killer. In December of 2016, a home invasion turned violent in South Ogden, Utah. 24-year-old Cyle Van Komen lived in a home along the 3600 block of Ogden Avenue, along with a handful of young roommates. On July 17th, 2018, Danniella Vian disappeared in Mobile, Alabama. Danniella, a 24-year-old mother of one, had spent months trying to get her life back on-track after a couple of setbacks. She finally had her own apartment, her own car, and was looking to provide a stable, loving presence for her 4-year-old daughter, Cora. Liberty German and Abigail Williams - "Libby" and "Abby" for short - were two regular 8th graders that were enjoying a day off from school. Trying to take advantage of an unusually warm winter day, the two girls went hiking on one of Delphi's historic trails, overlooking Deer Creek.As the girls walked along the Monon High Bridge, they were accosted by a strange man - who police believe murdered them a short time later.
