Mega Edition: Michael Reiter, Lilly Sanchez And The Florida Investigation Into Epstein (9/24/25)
Lilly Ann Sanchez played a legally significant but deeply controversial role in the Epstein saga: she was one of Jeffrey Epstein’s attorneys and signed key documents related to his immunity deal. In particular, she is listed as attorney for Epstein in the 2007 Non-Prosecution Agreement (NPA) that granted him sweeping protections from federal prosecution, enabling him to plead to lesser state charges while shielding many potential co-conspirators. Her involvement continues to elicit scrutiny because the NPA was criticized for its secrecy, for failing to notify many victims, and for using procedural maneuvers that effectively gutted accountability.Michael Reiter served as the Palm Beach, Florida, police chief from 2001 to 2009, and he spearheaded the earliest law enforcement efforts to investigate Epstein’s sexual misconduct. In 2005–2006, Reiter directed surveillance on Epstein’s Palm Beach properties, gathered evidence (including notepads recovered from trash) implicating underage victims, and pressed prosecutors for more serious charges than they ultimately pursued. He later publicly denounced the lenient handling of the case (especially the 2007 non-prosecution agreement), calling the Florida prosecutorial outcome a monumental failure of justice.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Jeffrey Epstein And The Claims Made By The Jewel Thief
William Steel, the self-described jewel thief, has claimed that Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell recorded powerful men with underage girls inside Epstein’s residences. According to Steel, he personally saw tapes that showed high-profile figures in compromising and illegal sexual situations, alleging that Maxwell played a central role in filming and cataloging this blackmail material. He has also said that Epstein bragged about his collection of incriminating evidence, which Steel insists was part of a strategy to control and manipulate the elite who passed through Epstein’s orbit. But Steel’s story is riddled with credibility issues. He has a criminal past, shifting accounts, and has never provided verifiable proof of the tapes he claims to have seen. No law enforcement agency or court proceeding has confirmed the existence of the material he describes, nor has he produced independent evidence tying specific politicians or public figures to these allegations. While his claims fit neatly into the broader narrative of Epstein’s obsession with leverage and control, they remain unsubstantiated, anecdotal, and impossible to separate from the possibility of self-promotion.To contact me:Bobbycapucci@protonmail.comSource:https://nypost.com/2020/07/11/ghislaine-maxwell-allegedly-filmed-politicians-with-underage-girls/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Bill Clinton, Jeffrey Epstein and The Shared Hotel Suite (
Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Clinton were a lot closer than most people know or understand. From all kinds of financial "donations" to Clinton, to visits to various properties to being invited to Chelsea Clinton's wedding, you'd have to be blind or playing serious partisan politics to not see how deep the ties run between the Clinton's and Epstein and Maxwell. Yet, there has not been no serious investigation (that we are aware of) into the relationship Epstein and Clinton shared and nobody has even bothered to call out his spokesperson for the canned statement he continues to offer. Hopefully, after these new revelations, the legacy media will re-evaluate their position and dive into the deep end instead of just checking the water temperature with their finely manicured toes.(commercial at 26:49)To contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://www.thedailybeast.com/epstein-shared-hotel-room-with-bill-clinton-and-was-terrified-of-being-poisoned-says-victim-juliette-bryantBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Not All Of Jeffrey Epstein's Accusers Have Accepted Compensation From The Fund
Caroline Kaufman, now 27, filed a lawsuit against Jeffrey Epstein’s estate seeking $500 million in damages, claiming that an incident when she was 17 years old at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion resulted in the development of a serious bone disease (osteomyelitis). She alleges that during a fake modeling casting arranged by Epstein, she was raped, and in the course of the assault Epstein struck her in the face and pinned her arm, which she says led to a jaw injury that triggered the disease. After the assault, Kaufman says she suffered severe pain, muscle spasms, and emotional trauma; the physical injury is central to her claim.Kaufman first considered taking compensation through the Epstein victim’s compensation fund but rejected the offer she received as “offensive,” saying it wouldn’t even cover the surgery she believes she needs. She alleges the fund did not distribute its money in a way that was fair or sufficient to victims. Citing Epstein’s estimated worth (over $600 million), her legal team argues that the compensation sought is within reason given the severity of the harm alleged. To contact me:Bobbycapucci@protonmail.comSource:https://nypost.com/2021/06/15/jeffrey-epstein-accuser-sues-for-500m-over-bone-disease/Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Jeffrey Epstein And The Infamous 727 Dubbed The Lolita Express
Jeffrey Epstein’s plane, infamously nicknamed the “Lolita Express,” was less a private jet and more a flying fortress of depravity. Flight logs showed that it ferried not just Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, but also a steady parade of young women and high-profile guests who had no business cozying up to a convicted predator. The plane wasn’t about travel—it was about insulation. It gave Epstein a mobile kingdom where rules didn’t apply, where the company of billionaires and politicians blurred with the exploitation of victims in the back. Every takeoff was another reminder of how unchecked wealth allows the powerful to turn luxury into a weapon. The plane became a symbol of Epstein’s entire operation: access, privilege, and abuse stitched together at 40,000 feet. The passenger lists alone made headlines, dragging the names of presidents, princes, and moguls into the spotlight. For Epstein, it was a perfect tool—not just to shuttle people between his properties, but to compromise them, entangle them, and keep them close. Survivors described it as both a cage and a stage, where exploitation played out under the hum of jet engines. In the end, the “Lolita Express” wasn’t just Epstein’s preferred method of travel; it was proof of how brazenly he flaunted his crimes, confident that his powerful passengers would protect him rather than expose him.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

L. Lin Wood And His Wild Epstein Comments
Lin Wood, the pro-Trump attorney who spiraled into conspiracy theatrics after the 2020 election, made bizarre comments about Jeffrey Epstein that only deepened the sense that he was more interested in spectacle than truth. Wood repeatedly claimed, without evidence, that Epstein was still alive and hiding, even suggesting that secret tapes and recordings involving Epstein would surface to expose powerful figures. Instead of centering survivors or documented facts, his rhetoric veered into sensationalism, mixing Epstein with his broader QAnon-style narratives. To contact me:Bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:https://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-politics/trump-lin-wood-jeffrey-epstein-alive-b1781084.html?r=85614Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Transcripts From The Bill Barr Epstein Related Congressional Deposition (Part 10) (9/24/25)
Bill Barr’s deposition before Congress on Jeffrey Epstein was a masterclass in calculated deflection. While Barr insisted that Epstein’s death was “absolutely” suicide, he conceded that the prison surveillance system had “blind spots”—a detail that conveniently leaves just enough room for speculation without providing definitive answers. His reliance on flawed or incomplete camera footage, combined with his dismissal of alternative forensic perspectives, came off less like transparency and more like institutional damage control. Instead of holding the Bureau of Prisons accountable, Barr’s narrative positioned the failures as unfortunate but inconsequential, a stance that fails to satisfy the public demand for clarity.Just as troubling was Barr’s evasiveness when pressed about Donald Trump’s knowledge of Epstein. He admitted to having spoken with Trump about Epstein’s death but couldn’t recall when one of those conversations occurred—an astonishing lapse considering the gravity of the matter. His reasoning that “if there were more to it, it would have leaked” was not only flippant but dismissive of the very real history of suppression, obstruction, and selective disclosure that has defined the Epstein saga. By leaning on institutional trust in a case defined by betrayal of that very trust, Barr’s testimony did little more than reinforce suspicions that the Department of Justice has long been more concerned with containment than accountability.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:Barr-Transcript.pdfBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.
