Fighting New Grad Anxiety

Stress and Anxiety are unavoidable. As a nurse, especially a new grad, you share a lot of responsibility as an integral part of your patient's care team. The good news is, the fear and weight of that responsibility is evidence that you care, which shows what an incredible nurse you are! The even better news is, this feeling of anxiety will alleviate more and more over time and experience.
