Dear New Grad Nurse, this is what I want you to know as you step into this whole new world of nursing through a pandemic. You are not alone! In this episode, we get to hear from Maddi as she shares her thoughts and hopes for future and current nurses. Seeing new grads share online how nursing is different than they expected, and currently being a preceptor on her unit as well, Maddi is sharing some tips and advice as you get your start in this amazing career during a particularly challenging time.
