Coach Lynda Switzer B.A., B .Ed. has been coaching since 2014 and designing/facilitating experiential workshops on communication, intimacy and conflict management since 2017. She values practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance and is committed to Nonviolent Communication (NVC). Lynda has an appreciation for witnessing personal growth and self-expression. Her approach is engaging, insightful and playful. Coach Lynda, a former teacher, is certified in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy, and trained in Emotion Focused Therapy for Couples, Tantra, and NLP. She has taught individuals, couples and groups how to reinvigorate stagnant relationships, increase the quality and depth of their connection and prevent/manage conflict.
