Ep 6: What Benjamin Franklin Quotes Teach Us About Financial Planning

Few people have made the lasting impact that Founding Father Benjamin Franklin has. Many of the values he believed in and much of the wisdom he shared is still followed centuries later.

He provided us with a long list of quotes that continue to get referenced in modern day discussions. You could be surprised to hear how many of these can apply to financial planning even if that might not have been the original intention.

On this episode of the How Money Works podcast, we'll pull a handful of his best quotes and let Craig and Jennifer Moser explain the wisdom they provide for finances. Most of these directly relate to money but they all capture the essence of being a successful saver and investor.

As we look at each individual quote, the Mosers will also share some of their planning wisdom as well. How does each quote apply to what we do with clients on a daily basis? What are the most important lessons to take away from these quotes?

That's what we'll be discussing on the show but remember that you can always reach out to get more help with your planning process. Get started by texting MORE to 50597 and we'll help you make smart income planning decisions.

Thanks for listening to this episode. We'll be back again next week for another show.
