Barrick Gold Stock & Gold Price Analysis - Gold & Gold Miners Investing
Barrick Gold stock is one of the biggest gold miners out there and a very interesting stock to think about when considering investing in gold or gold mining stocks. I have been discussing gold since the beginning of my YouTube channel in 2017 and it is always good to check whether there is an opportunity. Before investing in gold or a gold mining stock, it is important to check where the gold price is from a risk and reward perspective, where are the miner's margins in relation to gold and how could changes in the market affect gold prices and gold stock prices. This approach gives you the answer when considering how can gold and gold stocks fit your portfolio. Real Estate Crash Ahead or Inflation Hedge - My Thoughts
2021 might bring a real estate crash, but analyzing the last crash of 2009 and what the FED is doing, it is more likely we see inflation increasing real estate prices rather than collapsing them. Apple Stock Analysis Explains The Market Crash (up 314% in 5 years)
Apple stock, given its $2 trillion valuation, is the perfect stock to discuss also the market and the weekly crash. The market is irrational and 20% crashes in a week should not be excluded in the future because when valuations are high, return expectations are based on swing moves and not on fundamentals, sell-offs will come often but fear of missing out will also push stocks higher, as long as interest rates are low. As for Apple stock, it is incredible how the market changed its sentiment in just 4 years. In 2016 AAPL was a pure value investment while now it is a bet on what will happen with markets, interest rates or valuations. I try to explain what are the key risks when it comes to investing in today's market and what one should focus on when looking at investing opportunities. AAPL is the perfect example to do this so this video is a mix of a market and the stock analysis. Key factors that impact the market today are valuations, dividends, even more buybacks, stock splits etc. All discussed with interesting examples. Australian shares - Sydney Airport vs. Auckland Airport Stocks
Australian shares - Sydney Airport stock and Auckland Airport stock both represent two good airport businesses one can own. Sydney has better cash flows compared to price but also slower expected growth ahead alongside a higher debt level. Auckland airport is smaller but offers higher growth hopes on the basis of more tourism for New Zealand. We also discuss how COVID-19 might impact the businesses and investing in those. Stock prices have fallen 50% from their 2019 highs and the dividends have been cut. But, investing is always about what will happen next and airports are usually a good idea to invest in for the long-term. Facebook Stock Analysis - Slower Growth, Higher Valuation
Facebook stock is up more than 100% over the last year but the growth rate actually slowed down over the past year. A growth rate at 10% is much different than a 15% or 20% growth rate especially when the valuation is not 20 anymore by 40. So, now, Facebook stock is not a value investment anymore but a speculative investment based on hopes of business growth, Facebook shop and all other things that were there too when the stock was at $122 just a while ago. Therefore, I sold by Facebook shares as I am not an investor that just hopes on valuation expansion based on some growth. I will keep following FB stock and watching for investing opportunities. If the stock doubles next, well so be it. I this video I give an overview of Facebook's earnings, the growth situation and the stock valuation. THE FED will prevent MARKET CRASHES & RECESSIONS, until it CRASHES itself.
The Fed will used all the tools at its disposal to keep the market up, even inflation at 5% for a few years is possible. They believe this will help to reach full employment and economic growth. For now, it is helping only financial assets as we see stocks just go up no matter the worst economic situation since the Great Depression. However, the FED can help until it can't, until we lose confidence in currencies. One day we will and then even this monetary policy 3 too will be exhausted and it will all boil down to productivity and as Ray Dalio says, a new cycle will start. For us investors, it means that we have to focus on the certainties and perhaps be a bit more aggressive when we find value because the dollar, euro and all other currencies will surely lose value. Real assets, earnings and dividends with pricing power are the answer. On inflation, the New York Times was 2 cents when Roosevelt forbid the ownership of gold, 15 cents when Nixon closed the final link with gold and now we are at above $2, thus a 100 times more. That is inflation and you can expect it to happen faster in the future.

Intel Stock - I'm Buying For Earnings, Dividends & Buybacks
An Intel Stock Analysis has been what most of you requested so, because the stock is down but has good fundamentals and offers a very positive outlook, I went into a deep analysis. I also bought Intel stock for my portfolios because the risk and reward is on the positive investing side despite the murky short term outlook that many analysts have. When it comes to buying Intel stock, one has to differentiate between the negative news or noise that has pushed Intel's stock price below $50 and the fundamentals that still look good with high cash flows, strong buybacks and a growing dividend. Intel will definitely lose market share as the environment it operates is more and more competitive, but what is a key investment factor, the semiconductor sector is a growth one, and Intel can keep growing no matter the competition. AMD, NVDA, QCOM and others will do their thing for sure and eat into INtel's moat, but it is most likely Intel will keep growing. In a conservative growth scenario of just 3% per year, and investment into Intel now would likely lead to great long term returns and that is why Intel is a stock to buy now. There are also risks, Intel could end up like IBM, but it is more likely it will end up like Apple stock. Intel now reminds me of Apple in 2016 because the fundamentals were there but the analysts were all worries about the lack of innovation with the new iPhone and consequently lower revenue growth and no profit growth. They were completely right, but the stock went from $100 to the current $500. Want to know more about what I do? https://goo.gl/MQG2k5 Full-time independent stock market analyst and researcher! Biotech Stock With Covid Solution Offering 'A Huge Potential'
Biotech stocks are always risky and in this video, using the example of Marinomed Biotech stock that is working with nasal spays, not profitable and really small, I wish to explain the risks and rewards of investing in such companies. I understand the hopes that can be created when a management promises scaling, growth, high margins and a cure to some disease, but then again burning twice as much cash as you make in revenue should be a thing to take into consideration. There are many words that are often used with stocks that promise a lot, so be sure to check the facts really good before investing. Your best friend is Google and look for confirmations on what is the management selling. So, when it comes to biotech stock prices, it all depends on whether the product will ever get traction. However, a market cap of 136 million EUR on 5 million of sea weed sales is remarkable!
