60. Yoga and eating disorder healing with Amanda Holmström

This week’s guest is Amanda Holmström talking about how yoga can help healing eating disorders. Amanda’s heart is set on working with people in an empowering way. Her teachings are powerful, intuitive and reflect her mission of inspiring people to see the infinite goodness in themselves.

She received her 200-hour RYT 2014 and has since been spreading yogic wisdom by teaching classes, workshops, courses and yoga teacher trainings worldwide. As a Reiki master, Theta practitioner and Wellness developer, Amanda individualizes the tools she shares to meet the needs of clients to serve their personal journey.

It is the transformation and discovery of the healing potential within that inspired her to teach others how to heal themselves physically, emotionally, mentally and energetically. As a student of this heartfelt journey, through the layers of the human experience, she embodies and loves this work of connecting, creating, constant learning and expanding.
