ON TODAYS SHOW!!

Today we talk about just how powerful it is that we (respectfully) SHUT UP... after we ask our Higher Self or Source Consciousness for answers..

We have a story that we are stuck in.. and the longer we listen to it the longer we repeat the loops of energy underneath.. Until we hopefully call B.S on the story.. Sit down and journal some questions that will allow us the opportunity to actually make some forward progress in our reality.

The trick is not allowing the story and narrative to "cut off" the answers as they begin to arise in our consciousness..

There IS a reason we do this.. And there is a way to overcome it to sit more presently in the moment, and with those answers so you can finally take more consistent inspired action in your life.

NEXT MONTH IS GOING TO BE HUGE!! I am bringing back the full month intention setting journey to the podcast! Since March's successful challenge/journey so many of you have been asking when it was coming back... So It's coming back!

Another opportunity to sit down and journal out some of the questions that you feel have been limiting you, any of the desires that you have and any action that you want to take but you have been resisting..

We will do this together and I will continuously act as your higher self until you can form the connection and hold it for long enough to see emotional and physical shifts in your life.
