Managing PCOS with guest Jane Sagui of Pollie

Today on The Egg Whisperer Show, I'm excited to be joined by Jane Sagui. We are going to be talking about managing PCOS. Jane brings a very unique point of view to this topic, as she is the co-founder of Pollie (a women's health startup), and she has been living with PCOS since the age of 15.

In this conversation, Jane will be sharing about her experience with PCOS, and how to manage it. We dive into three areas that are especially interesting:
1. PCOS is a "spectrum condition." To be diagnosed with PCOS, you need to fulfill two of three of the Rotterdam criteria:high androgens, irregular or absent ovulation/menstrual cycles, and polycystic ovaries. Those things can be occurring for a broad range of reasons, and can impact everyone who has PCOS differently.
2. Jane worked with a naturopath who helped her get to the root of what was causing her PCOS.
3. How the healthcare system can better serve women who have PCOS.
