Dr. Steve Furr: Choosing Family Medicine

In our first episode AAFP Board of Directors President Dr. Steve Furr shares his background, reasons for choosing family medicine, experience practicing in a rural community, role as president of the AAFP, and advice for those starting out in family medicine. Learn what Dr. Furr sees in the year ahead for the AAFP. He shares his excitement for the future of family medicine.
