The narrator finds themselves trapped in a landscape both idyllic and terrifying: a meadow bordered by a black, roiling sea and watched over by a sky that pulses with alien dread. As the ground begins to disintegrate and the sea encroaches, the dreamer glimpses ancient cities, impossible geometries, and a sense of cosmic doom.
