Career Criminals, Priority of Life, and Blue Light Patrol

Two high profile murders by career criminals are on our radar this episode. Why do we continue to allow repeat offenders to walk free and commit evil acts on those we should be protecting? Why are some so focused on providing excuses for people that are carrying out murder? Why do some consider the priority of life of a violent criminal more important then the life of an innocent victim. Kansas City PD may have the answer...just kidding they recently decided to have officers patrol with emergency lights on at all times.
