British powerlifter and elitefts athlete Naomi Sheppard, who competes in the 67.5-kilogram class in the raw with wraps division, locked out an all-time world record squat with 262.5 kilograms (578.7 pounds) on the barbell in Miami, FL, this past February at the 2022 WRPF The Ghost Clash. Naomi ranks #1 of all time (pound for pound) in all divisions in the UK. She ranks #4 worldwide in her weight category. Naomi is also an owner of Phoenix Performance and a strength coach for Thibarmy.

Tom Sheppard is a UK-based strength and powerlifting coach. As a coach, he has worked with professional athletes from a wide variety of sports worldwide, including rugby, baseball, MMA, and high-level powerlifters. Tom is the co-owner of Phoenix Performance and the Head Coach at Thibarmy. He also contributes content for companies such as elitefts and T-Nation. Tom presented at this year's SWIS Symposium alongside some of the biggest names in the fitness industry.

He and Naomi perform seminars internationally, both through Phoenix Performance and Thibarmy.
