10 Speaking Up, Not Shutting Down

In Episode 10 of Rainbows and Unicorns, I unpack one of the hardest lessons I’ve learned as a person with a disability living in today’s political climate: nobody is coming to save us—but we still have the power to speak up. After a viral post about wheelchair user rights on flights sparked backlash and misinformation, I did the unthinkable: actual research. What I found shocked me—and it had nothing to do with clickbait headlines or which political party I voted for.
