When the royal family is accidentally killed, the heir to the throne proves to be a loutish American named Ralph Jones (John Goodman). Overnight, Ralph goes from sleazy Las Vegas lounge singer to King of England, and it's royal secretary Cedric Willingham's (Peter O'Toole) job to try to civilize him. But it's not easy weaning Ralph off of fast food, and even harder keeping him away from a kindly stripper (Camille Coduri). No ‘80s movie podcast featuring Kerri Gross would be complete without covering David Lynch’s sci-fi epic “Dune.” But after more than 100 episodes, Shat The Movies couldn’t seem to make it happen. "Back to The Future Part II" changed the game by giving us a world we'd never seen: hoverboards, Pac-Fax, VistaGlide, and filming two sequels back-to-back with cross-promotion embedded in the movie. But bigger isn't always better. Losing "Back to the Future" stars Crispin Glover and Claudia Wells made some scenes awkward and (with the help of prosthetics) borderline creepy.
