Ep. 89 - DNA "Triangulation," How Does It Work?

Fisher opens the show with a fascinating story about how World War II bombs still have the potential to kill people in both Britain and Germany. While both are deceased, she has also learned of living birth siblings from both sides of her birth parents' lines. In identifying the birth father, Fisher used a technique known as "triangulation" to zero in on the family and the correct individual. Triangulation can also work in traditional genealogy research to identify ancestors. Under the right circumstances, it's not that difficult to do.
